PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Booking & Stay Period: October 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027

- Market Segment: Room purchases (Room Revenue) via official Website, Walk-in, Corporate, and Government
- Winner Announcement: Live broadcast (Live Instagram) on the official account @waringin.hospitality on February 9, 2027
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Transaction Validity: The transaction applies to the purchase of any room type across all WHHG network hotel units during the program period, covering the Website, Walk-in, Corporate, and Government market segments.
- Winner Verification: Winners will be officially contacted via WHHG's official WhatsApp number and announced via Live broadcast on the Instagram account @waringin.hospitality. Please ensure that guests provide an active WhatsApp number during the hotel check-in process.
- Winner Contact Provision: If the prospective winner's WhatsApp number is inactive or unreachable when contacted by WHHG, the winner's status will be declared void and transferred to a backup winner candidate. The maximum limit for call attempts is 3 (three) times.
- Social Media Account: Participants are required to follow the official Instagram account @waringin.hospitality and the Instagram account of the hotel unit where they stayed.
- Identity Validity: The name listed on the reservation or hotel invoice must match the winner's official identity (KTP, Passport, or SIM) during the verification process.
- Prize: The prize in this program cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted. The transfer of winning rights to another party can only be done by attaching an official power of attorney.
- Prize Collection: Prizes are expected to be collected directly by the winners at the Waringin Hospitality Hotel Group (WHHG) Head Office in Jakarta according to a predetermined schedule.
- Travel Schedule (Trip to Tokyo): The trip lasts for 7 days, departing in 2027. Any changes to the departure schedule will be re-informed to the winner.
- Travel Documents: Winners are required to possess a passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months prior to the departure date and take full responsibility for personal travel document arrangements (including visas).
- Exclusion: This program does not apply to internal employees of Waringin Hospitality Hotel Group, employees of WHHG hotel units, and their immediate family members.
- Absolute Decision: The decision of the Waringin Hospitality Hotel Group management is absolute, binding, and cannot be contested.
- Participant Qualifications: This program is only valid for Indonesian Citizens (WNI) residing in Indonesia.
- Prize Tax: Taxes and prize-related costs are fully borne by WHHG.
- Changes to Terms: Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and will be communicated through official channels.
